Ken Mohn, Jr. – Chief Executive Officer and co-founder

Ken graduated from the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Mathematics and Secondary Education. Ken’s involvement in online marketing dates back to 1996 when at 16 years of age he received his first publisher payment for selling advertising on his own high-traffic gaming web sites. The evolution of these skills led to his employment at an internet marketing agency in 2006 where he moved quickly to address the logistical problems of the company’s rapid growth.

Ken started the company’s search-engine optimization division in early 2007, and built the internal company structures and marketing strategies still used to service all clients across the company’s internet marketing services divisions.

In early 2008, Ken was named Chief Strategy Officer and took on a larger executive role in the daily operations of the company’s emerging affiliate marketing platform. The network’s advertiser and publisher base has already become the 5th most expansive in the United States behind only Commission Junction, Linkshare, Google Affiliate Network, and ShareaSale.

Ken’s experience was pivotal in the development of marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies across various channels including pay-per-click marketing, search-engine optimization, display media advertising, and affiliate marketing. Under his leadership, revenues grew over 500% over two years.

Ken has spoken at various internet marketing conferences including Electronic Retailer and Search Engine Strategies.

Brock Siegel – Chief Marketing Officer and co-founder

Charles “Brock” Siegel received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Minor in Marketing from Salve Regina University of Rhode Island in 2003. Brock joined a large internet marketing company in 2004 as the firm’s 6th employee.

After 5 years of absorbing experience, he has been chiseled into one of the industry’s most versatile figures. Prior to Javaleaf, Brock served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for one of the largest affiliate marketing networks in the world.

His experience with major retailers such as eBay, igourmet, eFashions Solutions and Sesame Street has contributed to that company’s three straight years of ranking on the Inc. 500 list. He has received global recognition by speaking at industry conferences such as “The Affiliate Summit” and receiving dozens of awards and including Affiliate Marketing Certification Greatness award from Affiliate Classroom, and just recently a top “40 under 40” awareness award for entrepreneurship and upcoming excellence in the city of Wilkes-Barre.

Quinn Kavanagh – Vice President of Sales & Marketing and co-founder

Quinn is a 2002 alumnus of The Pennsylvania State University receiving his B.S. in Commercial Recreation and Tourism Management. After graduating from Penn State, Quinn accepted a position as District Sales Manager with Lorillard Tobacco Company where he spent three years honing his sales and marketing skills for the nation’s number two brand cigarette, Newport. During his three years at Lorillard Tobacco, Quinn more than doubled his territory’s gross sales from 12 million to just over 28 million; however, while working for Lorillard, Quinn was recruited by Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (Hersheypark, The Hotel Hershey and GIANT Center) for the position of Regional Sales Manager, Corporate. Quinn’s corporate clients included Lockheed Martin, Wal-Mart, Independence Blue Cross and GlaxoSmithKline. During Quinn’s last year at Hershey Entertainment, Quinn received honor and recognition as their most accomplished sales professional, and accepted an award for the 2006’s “Outstanding Sales Professional.”

In early 2007, Quinn served as Director of Sales & Marketing for one of the largest online marketing agencies in the United States. Quinn’s dedication and passion helped the agency achieve unprecedented growth from 2007 through 2008.
